Okay everyone I weighed this morning and I lost another 3.8lbs for a total loss so far of 6.2lbs Yeah! I deserved it too I worked my tushy off literally!

Yay! you go girl!!! Keep it up! I've worked out twice this week. Nothing too hard. I did a Walk away the pounds tape. The 2 miles! Woo hoo! It's a start!
