Grilled Lime Chicken

1/4C fresh parsley chopped (I used dried)
1/2t grated lime zest
1C dry white wine or chablis
1/2t pepper
2T lime juice
6 chicken breast halves (I used chicken leg quarters they're cheaper at aldi's)
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a shallow baking dish. Add chicken turning to coat. Cover and marinate in fridgerator for 1 day. Remove chicken from marinade reserving marinade. Coat grill rack with pam. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until done on med-high grill basting with marinade. Another find from recipezaar.com #8360
This chicken was awesome! It was an interesting change from lemon flavored chicken. Sorry the picture is a little blurry. The roasted cheddar potatoes were incredible too, closest I have gotten since they quit making shake n bake cheddar potatoes
